Sunday evening, some people might not be looking forward to their alarm clock going off tomorrow morning. I am! I love Mondays, I always look forward to going to work and I also look forward to my weekly Body balance class in the evening. It is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai-Chi, by the end of the class my body feels toned, stretched and relaxed. I have set myself little goals in the class and each week I feel I am closer to achieving them.
