Eat it or wear it?

Avocados are sometimes misunderstood by people, they avoid eating them because they are high in fat. They are in fact an excellent source of monounsaturated fat which can amongst other things help  reduce cholesterol.

You might be surprised that a food high in fat and calories would support weight loss, research has shown that monounsaturated fatty acids are more likely to be used as slow burning energy than stored as body fat.


Avocados are rich in Vitamins C and E which are essential for healthy skin.
