If you are looking for an alternative to pizza or pasta I can recommend the Leggera Superfood Salad, it’s under 300 calories and packed with goodness.

The dish contains baby spinach and seasonal mixed leaves, roasted butternut squash, beetroot, light baby mozzarella, avocado, pine kernels, cucumber, lentils and fresh basil, finished with balsamic vinegar. There is the option to add chicken to the dish, this will increase the calorie count.
