French Toast


A dribble of oil
A slice of bread
1 egg
2 tbs milk
Sliced fruit of your choice
Honey to drizzle (optional)

Break the egg into a shallow bowl with the milk, gently whisk then place the bread into the bowl and ensure both sides of the bread are covered with the mixture.
Heat the oil in a non stick pan, place the bread into the pan and gently cook each side until lightly golden.
Top with sliced fruit and drizzle with honey.
