Some of you may have started 2014 with a new gym membership, some may be continuing with an existing one. Some of you may feel refreshed and focused with your training and some of you may feel stale and in need of a boost.
If your usual gym session is becoming monotonous then try a group exercise class. I have recently started attending a Body Balance class, it has not only refreshed my weekly training but it is supporting my training.
The class is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. It builds flexibility and strength, it focuses on breathing and concentration and with a series of stretches and moves creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
