While experiencing this glorious weather it is important to stay hydrated. By the time you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. Try to replace some of your daily cups of tea or coffee with a glass of water, caffeinated drinks are diuretics and will speed up dehydration.
The recommended amount of water is 8 glasses a day but in hot weather or whilst exercising this could be increased. Be careful not to drink excessive amounts as this can lead to serious health problems.
If you place a bottle of water, leaving an expansion gap, in the freezer overnight you will have an ice cold bottle of water for the next day.
